Q. I need help my pastor always says that it doesn't matter how you sing it as long as you get the message of god out. I know a couple of bands that talk about god and all that but then he says "no it's bad". I need to know if its bad or not because my pastor is being retarded and confusing me. If you say its good can you give me a really good reason so i can show him that it's not bad please. And if you say it's bad can you give me a reason why.
A. Wait, so your pastor first says it doesn't matter how you sing and than he says Christian Rock is evil? He contradicts himself. Anyway, you should probably learn why he thinks it's evil. If it's because he thinks the electric guitar or the drums are evil, he doesn't have a Biblical opinion. There's nothing in the Bible that says a guitar is sinful, or that certain musical instruments are evil. Drums are also used to praise God many times in the Bible.
If I were to play a chord on an electric guitar right now, would the sound it make be evil? It's pretty ridiculous if you really think about it. Again it's not Biblical to say that a musical instrument is evil and can't be used to glorify God. If he thinks the electric guitar is evil, than he has no reason to say that the piano isn't evil as well. They're both inanimate objects and musical instruments. It's not Biblical in any way to say that one is evil and another isn't, no musical instruments are evil.
Use the example of a chord on an electric guitar. If you were to play a simple chord, would that be an abomination unto the Lord? Just because a musical instrument sounds a certain way doesn't make it evil. It's not like the Bible lists out "evil" musical instruments and good ones. Non of them are evil. There is not a single reason why the same chord on a piano is not evil but it's evil on the electric guitar. It's just a different in sound, and it's not Biblical to say that the sound of the electric guitar is evil.
if his issue is with the lyrics. That should be easy. There is an uncountable amount of hard rock songs with a great, up front message.

There's endless examples of Christian Rock songs with a bold message. You'll even be able to find songs where Jesus is used by name. Hopefully you can show your pastor that just because a genre of music sounds a certain way, or just because he doesn't enjoy the sound of it, doesn't make it evil.
Hope This Helped.
Where did non-biblical judeo-christian "theology" come from?
Q. During the middle ages when the church and government were the same thing people would be killed under the accusation of heresy(going against the church). Heresy would include: playing "demonic" chords on the piano, playing a worship song outside of the church, a women reading the Bible, a women reading period, saying the world was spherical, and ect. I recently watched a traumatizing movie based on the true story where the Roman Catholic Church had a torturess convent for "whores" that stood based on principles of a false re-creation of the story of Mary Magdeline. It was all non-biblical but has shaped people views of Christianity for centuries. Where did it come from?
A. People invented things that were convenient to popular belief during that particular time period and said it was God's word so they didn't have to argue with anyone about it.
How do you think humans were created?
Q. God made Adam and Eve, who were normal humans. Then when they were banned from the garden, they had 10 sons and 10 daughters. They had sex with the fallen ones (aliens) and created the Nephilim. Then the fallen ones wanted to create slaves to do their work, so they had sex with monkeys and eventually evolved them. After time, the fallen ones died and went down in Babylonian mythology as Gods. The Nephilim were kings and heroes in mythology and the bible, such as Goloith. The neanderthals eventually met up with normal humans that were decendants of Adam and Eve since adam lived until he was 800 or something and married Lilith (then again... where did lilith come from?) so they mated and eventually evolved into homo sapians.
A. God desired self-expression and desired companionship; therefore, God projected the cosmos and souls. The cosmos was built with music, arithmetic, geometry, harmony, system, and balance. The building blocks were all of the same material - the life essence. It was the power of God that changed the length of its wave and the rate of its vibration which created the patterns for multitudes of forms. This action resulted in the law of diversity which supplied endless patterns. God played on this law of diversity as a pianist plays on a piano - producing melodies and arranging them in a symphony.
Each design carried within it the plan for its evolution. This plan corresponds to the sound of a note struck on a piano. The sounds of several notes unite to make a chord; chords in turn become phrases; phrases become melodies; melodies intermingle and move back and forth, across and between and around each other, to make a symphony. Then in the end, the music will stop and the physical universe will be no more; but between the beginning and the finish of the music there was glorious beauty and a glorious experience. The spiritual universe will continue.
Everything assumed its design in various forms and their activity resulted in the law of attraction and repulsion. All forms would attract and repel each other in their evolutionary dance.
All things are a part of God and an expression of God's thought. The Mind of God was the force which propelled and perpetuated these thoughts. All minds, as thoughts of God, do everything God imagined. Everything that came into being is an aspect of the One Mind.
The souls of individuals were created for companionship with God (the Whole). The pattern that God used to create souls was the pattern of God's own Spirit. The spirit is life. From the spirit, the mind builds patterns. From the mind, the physical creation is the result. This is how the spirit, the mind, and individuality, became the pattern for souls. This is how cause, action, and effect became the pattern for everything. First there was the spirit (the first cause); then there was the action which withdrew spirit into itself; then there was the resulting individuality of God.
The spirit of the individual existed before their soul was created. The spirit keeps the knowledge of its identity with God. The soul has the ability to experience the activities of the mind in a manner separate from God.
