Can you find the piano chords for me?

Q. For the song 'I Never Told You' by Colbie Calliat. I have the guitar chords: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/c/colbie_caillat/i_never_told_you_crd.htm
but I'd really like to play it on piano, and I know the notes arent exactly the same, but I'm not sure how they change. Could anyone do it for me?
Thanks(:

A. actaully, the chords are exactly the same. an em7 on a guitar is an em7 on a piano...

Original Question

help with jazz piano?
Q. ive been taking piano for about 8 years now, and i have recently tried jazz piano...im terrible, haha. im the type of player who sticks to the music, i cant come up with stuff in my head, and if i do, it takes time, i cant do it on the spot.

im playing "satin doll" by duke ellington, and i have a solo [[which i suck at]], so have any advice for solos/ improvs? other people, of course, have solos too, so anything about comping chords??

and anything about jazz piano in general would be awesome =]

A. well im REALLY into jazz piano and for solos just take your chord for ecample if you have a Em7 chord or something you just go up and octive and play the chord in a diffrent orrder note by note and as you change chords do that over and over again but go up and down the keys with it. It takes some practice but youll get it ive been playing piano for 10 years and im 13 so just do that
