What is the best website to get piano chord charts?

Original Question

The Piano poll-Who can answer all of my questions I have about piano & reading music?
Q. 1)How is learning to read music like learning a new language?
2)How do you use a piano chord chart for the left and right hand?
3)How do you get yourself to play piano using both hands?
4)Is learning piano really that hard to do?
5)How can I tell if I am gifted or not?
6)How do I give my brain more information about piano?
7)How does reading something about piano over and over help your brain get used to it about piano?

A. 1)How is learning to read music like learning a new language?
Because there are whole new concepts and little details to learn. It is much like learning a new language; music.

2)How do you use a piano chord chart for the left and right hand?
I don't.

3)How do you get yourself to play piano using both hands?
I'm a good sightreader (thank God) so I naturally start with both hands.

4)Is learning piano really that hard to do?
Depends on who you are, really. It requires a lot of hard work, determination, motivation, time, and money (if you take lessons)
but mainly it's up to you. So it depends on your work ethic and dedication.

5)How can I tell if I am gifted or not?
You don't HAVE to be gifted to play piano. Anybody can learn.
But you can tell if you're gifted if you can naturally play harder stuff, I guess.

6)How do I give my brain more information about piano?
For me, it's just happened over the years. I've been playing since I was 7. (I'm 14 now) I just haven't quit.

7)How does reading something about piano over and over help your brain get used to it about piano?
Because that's some people's learning style, reading something over and over again. I don't really do that, so I wouldn't know.

Original Question

How does a guitarist play sheet music designed for Piano/Voice/ and Guitar (chord charts)?
Q. I'm looking at piece of sheet music designed for Piano/Voice and guitar, more specifically this piece-

http://www.musicnotes.com/sheetmusic/mtd.asp?ppn=MN0040094

Anyways, it has the piano and voice written out but it only has chord charts for the guitar, how do I know what rhythm to play, do I only play the chord once for eacho chord chart or do I follow the piano rhythm exactly? I do know how to read music and rhythm notation but have never learned using this type or sheet music. Thanks for your help.

A. I follow the melody line, observing the chord names to play, but not necessarily the exact chords shown in diagram. Mindful of the time meter I will ad lib to what I feel is correct until I can listen to the artist's rendition.

Even after hearing the recorded version I will usually play it in my style. If there are certain bass notes in the F clef that captures my attention I will insert those if the song demands it.
