Question on piano chords?
Q. Okay, so I'm learning how to play piano, and my grandma told me about chords. So I see these boxes above the notes, such as C, Em, Am, C, etc.
I asked her what they meant (I know they have something to do with chords) and she just said "they mean this (she plays like 4 random chords)" How do I know what to play?
(any site would be helpful too)
I know what the chords are, I just don't know if I should hold one C for a 4 count, or what
