How to play these piano chords?

Q. How do you play a F/C chord? Or a C/G chord? I don't understand what the little slash means....Could someone please explain it to me? Thanks! :)

A. CHORD/BASS
So the F/C means:
F major triad/C
I hope you know what a major triad is, but if not, its F A C. Play the C in the bass (= as the lowest note) and you've got it.

Original Question

Piano Triads - fingering?
Q. What are the fingering rules behind triads?
Like which fingers do you use for the Root, 3rd and fifth?
Do you use the same fingers for C, Fm, Abdim???
please explain in detail, and post a reference link thanks a million :)

A. Use the Thumb, index, ring finger for triads. Same ingering for minor chords. As for diminished, you used the thumb, index, middle, pinky.

I think this explains pretty. Always remember that the black keys are farther away form the white and is the reason why we use Middle finger for chording.

Original Question

What does the piano chord Eb mean?
Q. It's an E with a small B behind it. I'm supposed to mark out the keys on a clavier but I don't know what it looks like. I've tried to google but I can't seem to find it

A. There's no such thing as a "piano chord" since chords are the same on any instrument that plays them. As someone correctly pointed out Eb means "E flat." When there's no other designation the default is that it's a major triad which is composed of a root note (in this case, Eb), a major third, and then a minor third. So the Eb chord is Eb - G - Bb.
