A. the first chord is Em7. The second is Dsus4 but you shouldn't play the E and A strings. The third is Cadd9 but Don't play the open E. Can't help with the piano i'm afraid.

A. (I'm guessing that where you wrote 1 for the low E string you meant 2.)
It's Dsus4/F#. The reason finding its name may be hard is that the sus4, which is G, clashes with the 3, which is F#.
