Original Question

How can I learn to put chords together to make songs?
Q. I'm using this program FL Studio to make music but I dont know how to play any instrument. Im currently trying to learn piano and Im studying chords but I dont know the first thing about writing a song on the piano could someone please give me some advice on playing the keyboard.

P.S. FL Studio is Music Production Software and i want to learn to write music in order to make beats for Rap Songs on the program.

A. Knowing basic chord structure and chord progression will help you. Until you get a feel for it, just do what sounds good to you. Practice makes perfect. Here's a bit of advice... Learn your seventh and augmented chords. For instance, changing from a D to a G sounds good, but if you add a D7 between the change, it adds a little punch to it and sounds great, in my opinion.

Original Question

What are piano chords and what is their purpose while playing a song?
Q. I'm trying to the learn piano on my own (with the help of dear internet) and i got really messed up with the chords of the piano...-.-". For example, i noticed that on some music sheets, the name of a chord (A, F#M7, D..) is placed on top of each staff/bar. What does that mean? Plese someone help mehhhhhhhhh :'C...................

A. Chords are basically three notes in a key played together. They are played, for the most part, in the bass-line to harmonize with the melody. The chords are called the accompaniment and should be played softer that the melody.
An example of chords: The chords in C are the Tonic Chord (the notes C, E, and G played together) and the Dominant Seventh Chord or G7(the notes B F and G).
Hope I helped! If you have anymore questions feel free to ask me.
