How to change guitar tabs to piano notes?

Q. so i read somewhere that you can do that, but how? there are like, a bajillion never shout never songs i want to change, but idk how to 1) play guitar, and 2) change the tabs into notes... so if i can change the tabs, i'll be able to play them:) help??? (and please be understandable. everything i've looked at has made no sense at all!)

A. You need to know which frets get you which notes on guitar... basically, you need to play guitar.

Of course, any tab or chord chart that just lists the chords of the song is easy to transfer to piano. A C7 chord is a C7 chord no matter what instrument you play it on.

For example, something like this:

There's no reason you shouldn't be able to look at that and play those chords on piano.

Original Question

Where I can find piano sheet for Nightwih - while your lips are still red ?
Q.

A. http://www.sheetor.com/while-your-lips-are-still-red.html

i think you have to download it: another good method is to watch someone else play it (on youtube) or find out the chords it is played around.

then, after that, find out the exact notes: i learnt a song by HeavenShallBurn by seeing someone else playing it, and then figuring out the exact progression.

if worse comes to worse, find a guitar tab that includes a transposed version of it, and figure it out via that, converting the tabs into piano notes. still, i reccomend using the chords it works around: they are:

Gm Dm F Cm Gm Dm D# F

but heres the main chord chart: appiles to all instruments really: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/n/nightwish/while_your_lips_are_still_red_crd.htm

Original Question

Where is the best site to find keyboard chords?
Q. I want to learn a certain piece of music (Its the theme song from 'The day after tomorrow', if that's any more help. Movie, not band), but I cannot find any sites that give me the information I need to play it. If anyone knows any sites to get chords, baseline or both, please say. If you know the chords, can you say that also? thank's

A. Usually, you can go to a site like ultimate-guitar.com and get the chords. To find how to play them, just Google: Piano chord chart or something. You can usually find out from the World Wide Web.
