What are the chords to Ben Rector's "When A Heart Breaks?"?

Q. If anyone could help me with this, I would be insanely grateful.
Preferably the piano chords, but if you have a variation for another instrument that would be great too :)

A. not available

Original Question

Is it possible to memorize every piano chord?
Q. Im a pretty good piano player but it seems i can be better. I have a book with all piano chords and variations i was wondering if i practice it every day will i memorize all chords. Also how long do you think it will take to memorize i really want to master piano and be a really good piano improvisor

A. while memorization would be cool, why would you want to memorize them when you may not use all of them, I guess if you wanted to do improv. just learn the different scales and that will help you with improv more than memorizing chords.

Original Question
