What are the piano chords used for break your heart in the video from Christina Grimmie?

Q. I'm looking for the piano chords for Break your heart by Taio Cruz. A cover was done by Christina Grimmie and her friend Tiffany Alvord and it would help if I knew the right chords she used in her video.
