How can I play this guitar chord on the piano?

Q. How can I play the A/A flat guitar chord on the piano? Is there a piano chord (not A) that sounds similar to it?? Thank you so much! :)

A. The only way to play the A/Ab guitar chord on the piano is to play the A/Ab chord. Piano chords and guitar chords are composed of the same notes. There are no substitutes.

what piano chords sound nice together?
Q. I am looking for some know how on what piano chords work well together, as i have written some songs and can not make the tune for the as im lost on what chords sound nice.
Please help!

A. Here are some groups of chords you could try:
1. C F G
2. D G A
3. G C D

Many, many songs use chords like these, just in different patterns. If you want to add something extra try a minor chord, for example with G C D you could also include E minor. Play around with it and see what happens!

How to make a beautiful sad melody on piano?
Q. So my voice instructor is leaving soon, and i wanted to surprise her and write her a song and i have started, i have an idea of the lyrics, my problem is the melody, i have sad sounding piano chords like Cm Bb Fm Eb and the melody i sing along goes along with the chords, but im just not feeling that it is sad enough, i want it to really express beauty and sadness and grief....an tips?

A. Slow, minor chords with a perfect match of majors. Don't think too hard while making it, just use what you feel. If you don't feel sad just make yourself believe you're sad.
