Q. Anyone with the experience of filing tax returns online using H and R at home 2012 Ipad app can share their story here? It'd be immensely helpful for lot of folks who are or will be using the app for the first time and also for folks who are filing tax for the first time.

A. I have use H&R Block At Home for many years, it is as good as the others. If your return is simple all you have to do is follow the instructions they lead through all the steps you need. I also have friends that like Turbo Tax. But look at irs.gov and check out Free File.
How long does it take for a h&r tax refund to be direct deposited?
Q. I went to h&r block and filed taxes on feb 1st. The irs accepted my return on feb 6th. When should i be receiving my refund? I'm supposed to be having it direct deposited into my bank account.
A. Forever and a day it seems like!!! I did mine at H&R Block on 1/12 (They put it on hold till the 30th so they said) I Started checking the WMR site on 1/31 and nothing showed up so I finally called H&R Block on the 2nd to see if their was an issue. I was told there was no issue on their end just to wait the 21 days... So I checked one or two days later(2/3-2/4 not sure) and it finally said processing and its been there ever since. While others that filed later are getting their refunds after a lot of us that filed early in the year and still haven't received our refund because it got help up in some back log. I logged on to H&R Block last night and it said that the IRS didn't get my return till 2/5. So in reality its only been 5days. Im not very happy that I filed early and paid the amount I did and people that just filed a few days ago are already receiving their money. Just doest seem very fair to me. From everything I can see we should be receiving ours around the 18th if you were excepted on or around 2/5... some got DD dates of 2/28 so who knows at this point. The Government is gonna do what its gonna do, they have proven that already! Im also not sure I will use H&R Block again either! Not Very Trustworthy! Good luck Hope you get yours soon!
