A. Well, since you have the melody, I'm guessing you need to learn your left hand, right?
A good way to start is by striding your left hand.
Let's say the Chord symbol is CMaj7.
You'd start by playing C2 then play your guide tones (The 3rd and 7th note in the scale of your chord symbol) So C major would be E and B.
So you'd stride your hand back and forth from C, to EB. When the chord symbol changes, change your notes. FMaj7. You'd play F2 then AE
Also make sure to keep your guide tone range between C3, and G4.

A. Get a hold of a chord pattern chart from a music store, GC or piano dealer.
There are plenty of DVD instructional aids and beginner piano material at these places as well to cover the major chords and for most popular music.
To have anyone explain them to you by our postings, would fall short of a proper instructional examples that you can easily purchase and have it all together in one place.
Time to learn the keyboard.
Besides, just search the Internet for the tutorials for basic piano for some quick explanation and video.
Songs to play on the keyboard?

I play keyboard, (pretty much just beginner stuff, but I've been told I'm a fast learner, and I can teach my self new chords pretty easily) What are some just fun songs or inspirational songs (please no cussing or inuendos) to play on the keyboard/piano? Would rather basic chords (Em, E, A, Am, G, F, D, Dm, Bm, Cmaj, Cm, Fmaj7, ect...) but more complex chords would be fine too :) Thanks in advance.
