How long should I ideally learn piano chords before moving onto a different key?

Q. I started on the C chords and now I have to learn the Sharps. I don't feel I'm ready to learn these yet until the C chords are sunk well and truly in, That said I don't want to be learning each one for months at a time. I get it, I have to practice but as a rule, how long each day would you suggest a beginner learn his chords for?

Cheers.

A. The only rule is learn the chords until you know them. It might help to remember this:
All major chords are constructed this way: first play the note that is the name of the chord, then go up 4 half-steps (counting all notes, black and white) and play that note, then go up 3 half-steps and play that note. You can actually play the notes in any order and it is still the same chord; whether you play C, E, and G, or E, G, and C, or G, C, and E, it is still C chord, but to find the notes of a particular chord, start this way.
It should not take long to remember what C chord is.

Original Question

What are the names of these piano chords?
Q. I have this really cool chord progression! It goes like this:

First Chord: Eb/Ab/Bb
Second: Eb/A/Bb
Thrid: Eb/F/Bb
Fourth:Eb/Bb
If anyone knows this, please let me know! I want to put it to something.

A. You really can't apply normal names to these chords. What you're doing here is something called "quartal" harmony, which means that your chords are built in 4ths. Most Western music utilizes "tertial" harmony, where chords are built in 3rds. All the names for the chords we use are based on tertial harmony. They don't apply to quartal stuff.

You CAN give them names, but it's missing the point. Several composers have made liberal use of quartal harmony, but it's difficult to analyze. It's just one of those sounds that doesn't have really solid names yet.

Original Question

What is the name of this song, and who sings it?
Q. This song has been in my head all day. I cant remember the name or who sings it. It goes,
"I'm gonna praise you, with everything in me. I'm gonna lift you high, for all the world to see. I'm gonna worship, in everyway that I can. And when I've done it all, I'll do it all again."
Its so pretty, and I need who sings it to get piano chords to play it.

A. It Really could be any of these 3 songs

this one is almost exact i think, its by yolanda adams.
