Q. Hey, I really like this worship song, and I want to learn how to play it on my ukulele, but I can't find the chords anywhere. If you could find a place where I can get the chords or figure them out that would be great, thanks!
A. I went to bing and searched: guitar chords for "Your Name" by Paul Blaouche
I teach ukulele at Bellarmine University. I also teach guitar, mandolin, dulcimer and banjo.
I have written ukulele method books that are published by Mel Bay and have been on the best selling music book list for years. I have also written 2 booklets for Lanikai Ukes that are given with each ukulele purchase. If you want one just email me at musiclou42@msn.com. Be sure to tell me if you want a soprano or baritone booklet.
Now if you are playing a baritone ukulele which is really the first 4 strings of the guitar you would play the song below just like it is written. But the baritone uke does not have the 5th and 6th bass strings. Play the chords using the same chord positions playing only 4 strings.
Now if you are playing the soprano ukulele, just play the exact CHORD NAMES of the chords written in the song. The chords of any songs are the exact same chords though they are played differently on the instrument. A C chord on the piano is the same notes of a C chord played on the guitar, mandolin, ukulele, banjo etc.

Piano Chords to "When I'm Gone"- RANDY NEWMAN?
Q. I'm looking for piano chords to this song- it's really good and I want to play it but I don't quite have an ear for chord Identification yet. Can I get some help? Thanks! :)

A. The main part features, in the key of D, a I - IV - ivm - I progression. But the standard gospel-type turnaround that pops up again and again in his work is the real standout here. Think of "Hey Jude" or Dylan's "Forever Young." Since he makes good use of the deceptive cadence, listen for, at 1:10, the D - Em7 - D/F# - G - A7 - F#7b9/A# Bm7 progression that finally resolves at Vsus - V - IV - I. The bridge goes up to the vi chord, as is often the case.
In all, part of the fun of finding this type of stuff out for yourself is the satisfaction of learning a new scale or progression that you haven't used before. In this case, since there are so few modulations, practice harmonizing the D scale. Have fun!
The chords for "Why Try to Change Me Now?" or the sheet music?
Q. I would love to play this song but I cannot find the chords anywhere! Anyone know the progression off the top of their heads?
I'm actually looking for a version similar to Fiona Apples' :] thank you so much!
A. (Late Friday night: just fixed a mistake near the end)

Which version do you want? Fiona Apple's and Cy Coleman's (Coleman wrote the song) are here:

Frank Sinatra's is here:

I'll do my best to glean the changes of your choice.

Below is what Fiona Apple plays, as best I can figure it. I tried to include all the details. For myself I'd write a simpler, less varied chart, like this:
Intro

Cm7 F13 | Bb6 G7#9b9
Refrain
Cm7 F13 | Dm7 G9
Cm7 F13 | Dm7add11 G+7b9

Cm7 F13 | Dm7 G9
Cm7 F13 | Dm7add11 G+7b9
